The post-holder will primarily serve at the Southend branch but may occasionally be required to provide music ministry and support worship services at the Manor Park, London branch during major church services, conferences, special celebrations, and other significant ministry events.   Purpose of the Role The Saxophonist / Music Minister is responsible for supporting the Worship Ministry of Revival House Church through the ministry of music by providing skilled saxophone accompaniment during worship services and other religious activities. The purpose of the role is to enhance congregational worship, encourage meaningful participation in praise and worship, and support the spiritual life and religious mission of Revival House Church through the ministry of music. With the continued growth of the Southend branch and the expansion of its worship ministry, the church requires a dedicated Saxophonist / Music Minister to strengthen musical excellence, support congregational worship, and assist in developing the Worship Ministry. The post-holder will work under the direction of the Senior Pastor and the Music Director to ensure that all music ministry reflects the church’s vision, doctrinal beliefs, and worship standards.   Main Duties and Responsibilities The Saxophonist / Music Minister will:
  • Provide saxophone accompaniment during weekly worship services, prayer meetings, Bible studies, youth services, evangelistic outreaches, conferences, and other religious gatherings.
  • Support congregational worship by working closely with worship leaders, musicians, singers, and the Music Director.
  • Participate in regular worship rehearsals, music ministry planning meetings, and prayer gatherings.
  • Prepare and perform musical arrangements appropriate for Pentecostal worship services, seasonal celebrations, and special religious events.
  • Contribute to creating an atmosphere of worship that encourages spiritual reflection, prayer, and active congregational participation.
  • Support evangelistic outreaches, community events, youth programmes, conferences, and other ministry activities through music.
  • Assist in developing and mentoring volunteer musicians within the Southend Worship Ministry by sharing musical skills and encouraging ministry excellence.
  • Participate in baptisms, weddings, funerals, dedication services, seasonal celebrations, and other religious ceremonies requiring musical support.
  • Work collaboratively with the Audio Visual Team to ensure the smooth delivery of worship services and ministry events.
  • Assist in maintaining musical instruments and ensuring all equipment is prepared for rehearsals and church services.
  • Participate fully in the spiritual life of the church through attendance at prayer meetings, worship rehearsals, ministry development sessions, and other church activities.
  • Uphold the vision, mission, doctrinal beliefs, and worship standards of Revival House Church in all aspects of ministry.
  • Provide music ministry support at the Manor Park branch during major church conferences, special services, celebrations, and other significant events as requested by the Senior Pastor or Music Director.
  Terms of Appointment The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following requirements:
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience serving within a Christian church in a worship, music, or ministry support capacity, either as an employee or committed volunteer.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting Christian worship services and other religious activities within a Pentecostal or evangelical church setting.
  • Appropriate training, qualifications, or proven experience relevant to the specific ministry role (e.g. music, worship ministry, or church ministry support).
  • A clear Christian testimony and commitment to the vision, values, doctrinal beliefs, and mission of Revival House Church.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with pastors, ministry leaders, volunteers, and members of the Worship Ministry.
  • Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract of up to 24 months under the Temporary Worker (Religious Worker) route, subject to the requirements of UK immigration legislation and the church’s employment policies.
  • The successful applicant will be subject to a six-month probationary period.
  • Employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, together with satisfactory references and verification of eligibility to undertake the role.
  Nature of the Role This is a full-time Temporary Worker – Religious Worker (Tier 5) position. The role directly supports the religious mission of Revival House Church through the ministry of music and worship. The post-holder will contribute to the spiritual life of the church by providing skilled musical accompaniment during worship services, prayer meetings, evangelistic outreaches, conferences, and other religious activities. The Saxophonist / Music Minister will be based primarily at the Southend branch and will work under the overall leadership of the Senior Pastor and Music Director. The Head of Discipleship & Training is a senior pastoral leadership position responsible for overseeing the spiritual formation, biblical teaching, discipleship pathway, leadership development, and ministerial training of members within Revival House Church.   Purpose of the Role The purpose of the role is to ensure that individuals at every stage of their Christian journey are equipped to grow in biblical knowledge, mature in their faith, develop Christ-like character, discover their spiritual gifts, and become effective disciples and leaders who actively serve both the church and the wider community. Due to the continued growth of the church and the operation of ministry activities, Revival House Church requires a full-time Head of Discipleship & Training. The person primary responsibility is to oversee the discipleship and leadership development programme in the church working collaboratively under the overall leadership and direction of the Senior Pastor to ensure consistency in doctrine, ministry standards, and the church’s vision. This post is key in enabling growth in the ministry and mission of Revival House to make disciples who are transformed by the gospel and living out God’s mission in their lives. We are looking for a Discipleship Pastor who will dedicate his life to pursuing our mission as a key member of a strong and healthy staff. Main Duties and Responsibilities   The Head of Discipleship & Training will:  
  • Lead and oversee the church’s discipleship strategy, ensuring members are spiritually nurtured from new believers through to mature Christian leadership.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver structured biblical teaching programmes, discipleship courses, leadership development programmes, and ministry training initiatives.

Due to the continued growth of Revival House Church and the operation of regular worship services at both our London and Southend branches, the church requires two full-time Keyboardists / Music Ministers. Each post-holder will have primary responsibility for supporting the worship ministry within their assigned branch while working under the overall leadership of the Senior Pastor and the Music Director to ensure consistency in worship standards, ministry values, and musical excellence.   Main Duties and Responsibilities   The Keyboardist / Music Minister will:
  • Provide keyboard accompaniment during weekly worship services, prayer meetings, Bible studies, youth services, evangelistic events, conferences, and other church gatherings.
  • Support congregational worship by working closely with worship leaders, singers, musicians, and the Music Director.
  • Participate in regular worship rehearsals, music ministry planning meetings, and prayer gatherings.
  • Prepare and arrange musical accompaniments appropriate for Pentecostal worship services and special church events.
  • Support praise and worship during religious services, ensuring music enhances the spiritual experience of the congregation.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a high standard of musical excellence within the Worship Ministry.
  • Mentor, encourage, and provide practical support to volunteer musicians within the church, assisting in the development of their musical abilities and understanding of worship ministry.
  • Support evangelistic outreaches, community events, conferences, and special religious services through music ministry.
  • Assist during baptisms, weddings, funerals, dedication services, seasonal celebrations, and other religious ceremonies as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Audio Visual Team to ensure the effective delivery of worship services and ministry events.
  • Assist in maintaining musical equipment and ensuring instruments are prepared and available for all scheduled services and rehearsals.
  • Participate fully in the spiritual life of the church by attending prayer meetings, devotional gatherings, ministry training sessions, and worship team development activities.
  • Uphold the vision, values, doctrinal beliefs, and worship standards of Revival House Church in all aspects of ministry.
  Terms of Appointment   The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following requirements:
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience serving within a Christian church in a worship, music, or ministry support capacity, either as an employee or committed volunteer.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting Christian worship services and other religious activities within a Pentecostal or evangelical church setting.
  • Appropriate training, qualifications, or proven experience relevant to the specific ministry role (e.g. music, worship ministry, or church ministry support).
  • A clear Christian testimony and commitment to the vision, values, doctrinal beliefs, and mission of Revival House Church.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with pastors, ministry leaders, volunteers, and members of the Worship Ministry.
  • Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract of up to 24 months under the Temporary Worker (Religious Worker) route, subject to the requirements of UK immigration legislation and the church’s employment policies.
  • The successful applicant will be subject to a six-month probationary period.
  • Employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, together with satisfactory references and verification of eligibility to undertake the role.
  Nature of the Role This is a full-time Temporary Worker – Religious Worker (Tier 5) position. The role directly supports the religious mission of Revival House Church through the ministry of music and worship. The post-holder will contribute to the spiritual life of the church by providing musical leadership and accompaniment during worship services and other religious activities while serving under the direction of the Senior Pastor and the Music Director. Each post-holder will have primary responsibility for the worship ministry within their designated branch. Purpose of the Role The Youth Pastor is a senior pastoral ministry position responsible for providing spiritual leadership, pastoral care, biblical teaching, discipleship, and mentoring to young people within Revival House Church. The purpose of the role is to nurture young people in their Christian faith, helping them develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, grow in biblical knowledge, discover their God-given gifts, and become mature disciples and future Christian leaders who positively influence their families, communities, and society.   • Develop and implement a comprehensive discipleship programme that supports the spiritual growth and maturity of young people.
  • Mentor, counsel, and provide biblical guidance to young people facing spiritual, personal, educational, family, and social challenges.
  • Lead regular youth worship services, prayer meetings, Bible studies, and evangelistic events.
  • Encourage young people to develop and exercise their spiritual gifts through ministry involvement and leadership opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise youth leaders and volunteers to ensure effective pastoral support and ministry delivery.
  • Develop leadership programmes that equip young people to serve within the church and become future Christian leaders.
  • Organise youth conferences, discipleship weekends, outreach events, mission activities, and leadership development programmes.
  • Work closely with parents, families, schools, and church leaders to promote the spiritual, emotional, and personal wellbeing of young people.
  • Support the church’s evangelism strategy by reaching unchurched young people and facilitating their integration into the life of the church.

  Nature of the Role This is a full-time pastoral Minister of Religion position. The role primarily involves preaching and teaching the Christian faith, providing pastoral care, discipling young people, leading prayer and worship, mentoring emerging leaders, supporting evangelistic outreach, and exercising spiritual oversight of the church’s youth ministry. The  post-holder will work under the authority of the Senior Pastor and will have primary responsibility for the pastoral leadership and spiritual development of the youth ministry.The Youth Pastor will be based at the Manor Park, ensuring that the congregation receive consistent pastoral care, discipleship, and youth ministry leadership in accordance with the vision, doctrine, and ministry objectives of Revival House Church.
